Securely place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all Access Denied tags are still attached and the invoice is included.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
